There was born to the United States Navy the heavy cruiser USS
Des Moines CA-134 built in Fore River Shipyard, Quincy, Massachusetts,
By the Bethlehem Steel Company.  Has further be it known that
John P Pilon is hereby declared to be a Plank Owner of this vessel.
